What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I am looking for a boilerplate utility easement for a common driveway. I share a driveway with my neighbor and would like to bring the gas line up the driveway - yet cannot find an easement in my deed or his for this purpose.
My neighnor will sign a legal document allowing the gas line - but I can't find anything that sound - or looks - remotely legal.
