Missouri - background:
Developer denied ch11 (11/2004), Bank suing for note default, they held money for road construction - probably used it for note payment. $135,000 needed to asphalt road in order for county to take over maintenance. State dissolved developer's business charter (2000) due to not reporting.

Covenents registered is for type of construction, boundary setbacks, and other homeowner group wording. Developer has these restriction for 30 years, (1998) renews, assigns each 10 year thereafter. Can be reassigned if 2/3 of 7 owners agree.
Can we file a court thing to get rid of it? Or do we assume the developer is not a legal entity having any interest forever? Developer does not answer letters.

Easement (1946) 36" gas main with 150' zone, it is 1200ft from our property lines. How do we get it off?? Just go to zoning court clerk?
