All right I have been accused at work of being "fraudulent" on camera, however since the facts that they are stating I know to be beyond a shadow of doubt false, If they are going to fire me, right now I am suspended, do they not have to show me the tape if I request it?

No. They have no legal obligation to show you the tape. Your employer is not a court of law.
