It was not illegal for them to fire you. New Mexico is an "at will employment state". That means that a company can legally fire an employee for any reason at any time, just as you can quit your job for any reason at any time. Firing for discriminatory reasons such as gender, race, ethnicity, religion, etc. may have repercussions for the company, but there were no illegal reasons that I could see in your post.

There is no requirement in any state's labor laws that require you be "written up" before you are fired. And I have no idea what somebody's broken arm has to do with you being fired, unless you broke it.

You have no legal recourse here.

BTW, your post was very hard to read and I almost gave up several times. Please use some punctuation and use capital letters at the beginning of your sentences so we know where they begin and end. Plus phrases like "you know" and "and stuff" mean absolutely nothing to us.

Good luck in your job search.

well thier was a confrontation between me and a manager and stuff you know They could have fired you just for that. Engaging in a "confrontation" with your boss is seldom a good idea. If your employer decided to fire you for leaving work without authorization, they may.

well let me know what u think thanks I think that unless you do something to improve your grammatical skills, you're going to have a tough time finding a job at other than fast food places.
