A friend of mine whoes husband is in the army just found out that her husband was court martialed in GA and charged with a serious crime against an other soldier he has been sentenced to 12 months in prison what rights does his wife have, does she have the right to see the court papers stating what happend and what the crime was that was commited by her husband against the other soldier
