What is the name of your state? Tennessee
A person e-mailed a company and gave an ounstanding reference from me, which I never wrote, and without my consent or knowledge, and believe me I would not have given this person or his company a good reference. Is this still grounds for forgery?

did you notify the company that received this forged email? If yes, what did they tell you they would do? Other than that, what do you want to have happened.?
