What is the name of your state?Connecticut. My mother gave a child up for adoption when she was just 18 years old. I am wondering what, if anything, I can do to find that child. I would love to know my sister. This is a sore subject with my mother as she did not have much choice in the situation back then, my grandmother made the rules. More than anything I am just curious to know if there is anything I could do on my own to find her.
