both my husband and I are on temp disability due to work injuries. How do we file taxes if we don't get a w2 I haven't worked in 4 years my husband is 1 year off so he does't have a w2. We have children and a house and a student loan. How do we go about filing or what do we do. I would appriciate the help Thanks

Disability isn't taxable unless it is third party sick pay. You don't have to file.
