I live in a small town where I don't think the cops are to strict. Some of my friends always go to this one guy's house and party. I'm scared to go because last week a house got busted by the police and some people were forced to take breath tests. I think if I go to even one party and have one drink the cops will come in and make eveyone take tests. I hardly ever drink once every 2-3 months. What are the reasons a cop can enter a house? Are they any ways to get around it like loop holes?
