What is the name of your state? AR There are 3 lots side by side that have in their respective deeds and on the survey plat "10 foot easement following the east property lines". There is no other wording on ingress/egress, maintiance etc. Just "10 foot easment following east property line". None of the properties are land locked as each property has access (drive) along the west property line. Two of the property owners do drive accross the easement on the east end as it is closer to their houses by about 170 feet then using the drive on the west property line. The property on the other side of this 10 foot easement following the east property line belongs to a fourth person.

Question? What is the effect of this easement on each property owner? Do they have to allow ingress/egress, use of it, can the easement be parked on and/or blocked?

thanks
