I have been married for 8 years and recently have moved here from WI and took a 20,000 pay decrease since in colorado. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and want to know if I am entitled to alimony?

Probably not. Customarily, spousal support is awarded only marriages over 10 years in length, and usually only for a few years. I don't know anything for sure legally about your pay cut, but IMHO you agreed to move within the marriage and the pay cut is moot.
