What is the name of your state? Kentucky

I have a driveway that is 100% on my property. My neighbor has an easement on the same same driveway for ingress and egress to his property.

He is started running multiple businesses in his property. i.e. computer business, rental properties, and a B&B. The daily traffic is extreme. His property is zoned for commercial. My house is zoned residential.

The easement reads that both parties are 50% responsible for upkeep and snow/ice removal. I have two years of proof of non compliance on the snow/ice removal

Can I forcibly dissolve the easement?
Can I sue for damages? i.e. lawyer’s fees to dissolve easement.

Any suggestions are appreciated. The amount of traffic had me concerned for my daughters’ safety.
