I have a driveway that is 100% on my property. My neighbor has an easement on the same driveway for ingress and egress to his property,
My neighbor believes the easement gives him the power to enforce at will. The following is a sample of his actions.
- Towed vehicles because he thought it was on the easement by a few inches.
- Cut trees and bushes because it some of the branches crossed the easement.
- Harassed visitors who park in the driveway for a few minutes. (witnesses)
- Vandalized my property (video tape proof)
Besides the vandalism, is he breaking any laws?
Can I forcibly dissolve the easement?
Are there possibilities for damages?
