A car wash was built next to our home out of compliance with the City of St. Petersburg's Zoning Ordinance for car washes. City Staff never let anyone know of the Special Exception that must be adhered to when building a car wash within city limits, and now that the thing has been built, they want to let it stand as is. It is polluting this end of the neighborhood with nuisance noise, odors that make you physically ill, and is trespassing onto neighboring properties with chemical-laden overspray. The City's answer is to sweep it under the rug with a roll call, by allowing after the fact variances to be approved. What are our rights, especially as it pertains to trespass?

Thank you.
