I have a DC drivers liecense, and lived in DC up to Oct 2004, but moved into Maryland in Oct of 2004. Throughout 2004 I worked in VA and MD. I still have yet gotten a MD drivers liencense. Please help. Thanks.

You generally pay taxes in the state you work in, or the state you live in, or a combination of the two. Many neighboring states have reciprocal tax agreements. See a tax professional in the state where you live, and have your taxes done there.
