This is regarding an officer trespassing onto a rental property, a trailer park. The officer then proceeded to search the perimeter, looking in windows. Later, when it got dark he used flashlights to shine in the windows to ascertain whether thier was marijuana being grown. Is this search a violatio of section 8 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the right to not be objected to illegal search and seizure? Help would be very appreciated... :confused:
