My ex-husband and I both live in California where we have an order that puts child support on reserve. One child lives with me and two children live with him. He wants to move with two children to Kentucky and wants me to sign and have notarized an agreement by us to continue reserving the child support after he moves to Kentucky. Is this notarized agreement going to hold up in court if he decides to proceed with child support modification after he arrives in Kentucky?

Court orders always override notarized agreements. However, if he has two kids and you have only one, it is likely you who will be paying him.
