What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Virginia

I had a business in Washington DC that closed in 1994. I filed personal bankruptcy Chapter 7 also in 1994. I have lived in Virginia since 1992, and now I found 2 tax liens from DC dated in 1990 and 1991. Can they be enforced?
