What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? ALABAMA If I, and a neighbor across from me, have a 30’ “ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMT” (30 on his and 30 on mine for a total of 60’) can he put up a fence down the middle and stop me from using his side? I’ve been here 11 yrs longer and maintained his side due to better access but he just moved in and won’t let my garbage services come to my house on that side of the fence. It is a 60’ private road with a fence down the middle. HHHEEELLLPPP
