What is the name of your state?....Does the Article IX of the US Constitution not imply or convey that using
separate rules for different income groups is unlawful? How is it constitional
to allow SSI receiving people no savings accounts, no cars, no bank money
exceeding $2000 etc etc, while people who get entitlements can save money
to their hearts content.
I view this as FORCING poor people to stay poor by threat of prosecution
for collecting too much money. The only way you can become UNPOOR under SSI's adminstrative rules is to make a QUANTUM leap into a normal income, and this NEVER ever happens in real life for destitue people.
Any hope of challenging this basic evil of Social Security Supplemental
Income program "rules and regs" ????
