What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

How do you go about filing for "Temporary Spousal Support" during a "TRO"?

No legal separation/dissolution of marriage has been filed yet. "TRO" and
move out order served 2/4/05 and Respondent is NOT making payments and
Plaintiff DOES NOT work. Court date is set for April 21, 2005 regarding "TRO",
but the BILLS NEED TO BE PAID. HELP!

Our credit will be ruined as we speak now.

Without a legal separation or divorce proceeding, there will be no way to get temporary spousal support. Heck, you might not even get temporary spousal support. But he could be forced to pay certain expenses once you file for either legal separation or divorce.

Good Luck! :)
