What are rights of an employee and employer to terminate the contract when an employment contract does not have a termination clause mentioned in the contract.
Thanks

If it doesn't mention anything about how long the contract is in force and the conditions under which either party can end the relationship, then presumably it's (a) not a contract and (b) either party can end things whenever they wish to. In other words, you're an "at will" employee. Since nobody who responds here has read the document in question though, that's just a guess.
