One night my dog went nuts and had no choise but to shoot it inside my own home with a 22 rifle i put the gun in garage there was a 1/2 gram of meth on top of tabel cops came into my house they said they wanted the gun and found the bag said it was legal to do that and then they charged my wife with possesion not me because I went to emergency room. Question one ofcourse is that right? Question two How long do they have to charge me with a crime? no charges on me yet. thank you.
