[FONT=]undefined[/FONT]What is the name of your state? indiana My daughter was arrested and charged with a class c felony, her first arrest ever,at her prelim the judge did not find her indigent. She has 3 children 8,4,and 2 her husband lost his job the day she was arrested and she only makes $11.00 per hour, her rent is $825.00 per month. What can we do? She had to borrow to pay the rent this month already and husbands last check paid her bail of $750.00 please help

She needs a lawyer. For minimal help, contact the prosecurtors office for info on obtaining a court appointed attorney. Don't expect much. For real help, she needs to hire an attorney of her own.
