What is the name of your state?GeorgiaI just applied for a job that ran a backround check, a case showed up that I had, pleaded no-contest 1st offender, paid the fine, was assigned 2 years probation.
The report shows the date of offense was in 2/7/02, disposition date was 9/16/02, now the backround check shows a disposition of First Offender, result of "2 years Probation, $500.00 Restitution. ***11/4/03 Probation Warrant Issued".
What exactly does this mean? Is there a warrant for my arrest?
I keep trying to call the probation officer, without success, I have sent a letter hoping to clear this up, no response yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
