I believe that they will order some amount even if he has no job. The Texas min. is $50.00 a month from what I have seen in court, but I am no lawyer.

In NY, if the NCP is not working, the usual ordered amount is 25.00 per child per month. Working it's usually 17% and I believe 25% for two, so forth and so on per month.
