What is the name of your state?New Jersey
My son stole his girlfriends credit card (or it might have been a debit card) and withdrew $40 He has now received a summons to go to court with a letter stating that he has been charged with an indictable offence and he must appear in court for Intake Processing at criminal case management office at 9am and that he will also have to appear in front of the judge at 1.30pm the same day. Can you please explain all this to me. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION PLEASE.
