I was divorced 10 years ago and at the time decided not to pursue child support for my son. Can I petition for it now? The child has liberal visitation with his father and we share joint custody. Until two years ago my son resided with me and spent weekends with his father. At that time my ex asked if our son could spend the school year with him and it was agreed. In September, my son will return to my home 5 days a week.
