What is the name of your state? CA

I was denied for a Vehicle Salesperson's License by the DMV in March 2004. I was denied because I pleaded guilty to a grand theft misdeamenor charge in 2001 and because I did not disclose it to the DMV when I applied for a sales license. I have a hearing coming up to attempt to get the denial over turned.

My question is, DO I HAVE A CHANCE to get a sales license by over turning this denial? I committed this stupid crime when I was 23, now I am 29 and a lot different in character now then I was then. If it is possible to do this, do I need an attorney?

:(
