I have been paying CS for 5 yrs, but my income wnet down because of a new job. My ex works part time, and her father pays her mortgage. The house she lives in is worth about $1mil, while I live in a small apt. I say that the mortgage being paid should count as 'income', and her 'lifestyle' should be considered too. HEr lawyer disagrees of course. Any thoughts?
