What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Tennessee

We own property with a 15 acre watershed on it. We own 1/2 of the watershed and our neighbor owns the other 1/2. He's raising hell about fishing in the lake and doesn't want us on his part. Is there a boundary or property line on water? Is there something in writing you can direct me to so I can read what the actual law is in Tennessee? Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

You asked if there was a property line on water. If there isn't what makes you say we own 1/2 and he owns the other 1/2. Do you have a survey? Is this watershed on there? If so then I would assume that if he owns 1/2 of it you would be tresspassing. So if 1/2 is his you probley have to stay in your portion of it. I could be wrong, hopefully someone here will know for sure.
