He is 18 and graduating high school and attending college in august...and I dont know what the age limit is for child support in florida...I have made afew phone calls and been receiving different answers...

First check the court order to see if it specifies support after age 18. If not, then CS will end at graduation of high school if child is 18 yrs old. Check out Fla Statute chapter 61 at http:// www.flsenate.gov/statutes/

If this is the only child CS can just be stopped, however, if there is another minor child then a modification will be needed.

Is the C.O. from FL, or is the child just going to college in FL?
