What is the name of your state? Florida
My ex-husband has recently seperated from the military, and will be receiving unemployment and the G.I. Bill (money for education) and will not be working. He will be going to school full-time and will not have any sort of job. Do I still get a percentage of this money for child support?

yes support can be based on unemployment, and it is also possible to impute an income on him, even the children of students have to eat....
