If a greedy little weasel's love for money caused your wife, daughter or mother to become a quadriplegic, what would you do?

Ask him to pay the medical expenses?
Tell him there is a God ( God does justice )
Be angry with him?

And this has precisely WHAT to do with the topic of this thread?

If this is a civil question, then there is another area on this forum to post it.

I just want to know how people's emotions work?

Would you be angry?
Do you have the right to be mad?
Can you talk to the weasel?
Should you talk to a weasel if you're emotional?
Is it human to be emotional?
Is it better to take out your anger with 'words' on him, so you can heal?
If you are mad at him and he's afraid, does that make you a 'threat?'

What are the facts of this case?
What is your question?
Who is the weasel?

the weasel is a lawyer.
the facts are too much to explain.
the lawyer caused my mother stress by 'accusing her' of something.
He 'attacked' her for two years.
In those years her health deteriorated. She lies in bed with pain and suffering.
Its not quadriplegic. But similar. Lots of pain.

Tje lawyer drops the case after two years - apparently he made a 'mistake'
but the damage has been done.
the persons health is destroyed.

If you are emotional person, should you talk to the lawyer?
If you did talk to the layer and 'ask' him to 'pay up' the cost of medical expenses, can he charge you with 'thretening him?

If you tell the lawyer that another lawyer died suddenly, and you look the lawyer straight in the face and say 'there is a God' is that a threat?

You CAN ask the lawyer for money, but he would be well within his rights to deny you as there is no case.

Unless you can prove some form of malfeasance or malicious intent on the part of the attorney, like it or not he was doing what he was supposed to do. Lawyers are advocates ... we may think them largely slimy little vermin that slither under rocks, but, like other carrion creatures they have niche to fill in the ecosystem of human existance.

(Those digs were just for you, SJ :p ... with love ...)

There are possible causes of action but without facts one cannot refer or advise. Please call you local bar association they may be able to refer you.
