Who do you turn to for legal representation when you can't afford the average legal fees of $150-$250 an hour and if legal aide dosen't want to help. Does anyone have any suggestion?

i am in pa. i could not find anyone.but here is a website i found http://www.deltabravo.net/custody/. this site is geared more towards fathers.or type fathers rights in your web browers and search.you can get alot of questions answered.
