What is the name of your state?
I live in Texas, and have a fence dispute question. My neighbor erected a cyclone fence 3 years ago based on her 30 year old survey. She took out a tape measure and measured her own lots lines based on this assesment and erected said fence. I have had two survey companies come out to tell me her fence is on my property. I want to erect a permanent rod iron fence at this point. I handed her a copy of both surveys, and she told me to get bent as her survey differed from mine. She believes her survey, dating back 30 years should have precedent over any survey I have, and thus, she believes her fence is ok

If your certian the fence is on your property you have the right to make her take it down or move it to her land. Send her a certified letter include a photo copy of the survey and request that she move it. If she refuses he can take it down himself RIGHT?
