I am totally diabled according to SSI. Because I have an open workers-comp claim I only receive a small part of my social security disability.If I make a settlement on my 500 weeks with workers-comp will I receive my full SSi benifits every month?

If you are my guess is that SSI will hold you to those payments until your Worker's comp. expires .
