What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Connecticut, I want to remove my name from the deed but I don't want to continue to be held responsible for the mortgage but my boyfriend doesn't want to give me any monies from the equity.What legal recourse do I have? I've been told that if I move out I lose. We have no children together.
