As a part year resident of GA, I would like to know if moving expenses from federal form 1040, line 29, adjusted gross income, can be listed as adjustments to income on schedule 3, line 6, Computation Of Georgia Taxable Income For Part-Year Residents And Nonresidents (page 4, line 6 of GA form 500)

If you moved into Georgia, probably. If you moved OUT of Georgia, almost certainly not.
