What is the name of your state? Florida, but my daughter lives in Puerto Rico.
I have not hear my daughters voice in 3 years. Eigher have I received a letter from her. When I called the grandparents would not pass the phone to her and the mother never responds. Still she goes to court to receive a child support payment of an amount that I can not afford due to a different job.
The set amount of the child support was done 3 years ago when I worked for a different firm that after 911 let me go.

I love my daughter with all my heart, I don't know what else to do to be able to see her and have comunication with her again.

What are my right on this matter? What can be done?
