I'm in Virginia. I own my condo 100% Iv'e heard I can quit claim 50% to my new wife. I have done a quit claim before (my ex-wife quit claim her interest in the same condo years ago). My question is, do I need a new deed with a "Joint ownership with right of survivorship" clause in it for my wife to be covered in case of my death? Thanks.

**A: do a new quit claim all interest deed to both you and her with tenancy by the entirety.
