We use a 20' wide ingress/egress easment on my southern neighbor's property. This easement is also for utility purposes. The asphalt has deteriorated and we want to repair it but don't want a tangle with our neighbor. Who is responsible for maintaining an easement? There is no easement information on our deed but it is on our survey and borough tax map.
