VA Benefits and Child support (question...need advice)
What is the name of your state? PA/CA
My dh lives in PA his ex currently in CA. My dh has custody of both children for 7 years but did not seek child support but filed for it a year ago and is still waiting to collect anything.
My question is that his ex is collecting 100% military disability and he got word she may have been collecting for her two non custodial children that have lived with us all these years. How do we go about finding this out and what if anything can we do about it?
