Are the witnesses at a Grand Jury hearing sworn in? I recently read some testimony from the so called witnesses that was all a pack of lies. They had to know it was lies. It was purely hearsay and based on no evidence. The charge was made to look like a terrible violent crime when in fact it was not.
An indictment was given based on the so called witnesses..who were not witnesses to the crime, but giving an opinion. They went way beyond an opinion and apparently made things up as they went. I am appalled that these so called professionals could do such a thing.
