What is the name of your state? Colorado
My ex-wifes attorney is attempting to use a estimated amount for income on both her and I and then calculating the child support based on that. My attorney and I believe that the W-2's are to be used. Is there a Colorado state law that indicates the usage of the W-2 to calculate Child support? If we use her attorneys figure vs. the W-2 figure, it reduces my child support by $25 which I feel is a stupid argument to have to pay a lawyer for.
