I have four quitclaim deeds from my siblings to me. I'd like to draw up what some call a "clean deed" where the four quitclaims will be combined into one. Does this mean everyone will have to sign again or can this be done without more signatures?

**A: you should have an attorney take a look at the deeds and advise you.

If the deeds were properly drafted, signed and notarized, and contain the correct legal description, it should not be necessary. The four do the same as one would do.

Thanks. That is what I have been trying to determine. I will have an attorney look at them.
