I DON'T RECEIVE CHILD SUPPORT DUE TO THE FACT THAT IS WAS A VERBLE AGREEMENT THAT WHEN I GOT A FULL TIME JOB AND THEN I WOULD GET JOINT CUSTODY. THE DIVORCE PAPERS SAY WE HAVE JOINT CUSTODY .ANYWAYS MY 17 YEAR OLD CAME TO LIVE WITH ME FULL TIME A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO DUE TO THE FACT SHE DOESN'T GET ALONG WITH HER FATHER. HE PAY FOR HER GAS AND LUNCH MONEY AND 200.00 EVERY 3 TO 4 MONTHS FOR CLOTHES. GAS PRICES WENT UP SHE DRIVES A RODEO WHICH EATS ALOT OF GAS AND CAN'T GET HER FATHER TO PAY HER MORE FOR IT. AM I ENTITLED TO CHILD SUPPORT.

Yes you're entitled to support.

I would also encourage your child to get a job to help cover the gas bill. It would be a great service for her to learn to keep a job and be responsible.

I am not sure that I totally understand your custody situation, however if you either have primary custody or joint physical custody then yes, you can file for child support. Contact your local Child Support Agency for more information.
