This letter is in regards to an ongoing problem that
i am having ;
My neighbor is trespassing onto my property with
little or no concern for the consequences. i have
called the police who are not eager to act on this
matter. they suggest that i allow these persons to
continue to walk on our property for an additional 2
weeks.

i have sent a written 'trespass notice' to the
residence at *** but they are ignoring the
notice, and continue to trespass onto my property. i
have set up a video surviellance camera to support
these claims and hope it will be resolved soon.

this problem is of deep concern to my elderly mother
who is often disturbed by the noise and harassment of
my these neighbors. He has been verbally abusive to
both myself and my mother, and has gone as far as to
parked his vehicle in front of our driveway so as to
force us to interact and ask him to move it, at which
point he is in a position to make us wait, and forced
us to endure his abusive language.
this problem is getting out of hand. i am hoping that
you guys on this msg board can offer advice.

can i sue the landlord for letting these renters park their car in the backyard, which is illegal. the city standards office came by and had them remove one vehicle, but they simple put another piece of **** car in the same spot and hte city and police take wks to get out here. can i sue. i would love to...what about an ordinance that states;
