What is the name of your state?NC
I am trying to find out if a person can seel a parcel with this condition:"Upon the sale of such parcel to me, an easement is created, however, if, in the future, I decide to sell my parcel for any reason, the easement is revoked and I must destroy any improvement to the easement,i.e. paving." Appears to me that once property is sold with an easement, that easement remains as part of the parcel, and cannot be revoked. Somebody, please advise.
