What is the name of your state? Illinois.

I had signed a deal with a buyer for my home. We had a closing scheduled at 4p.m., after several delays, the actual "Dry Closing" took place at around 6p.m.. The buyer had some trouble with his funding, something that had to do with HUD, so no money was exchanged. The next day I changed my mind about the whole deal. What is a "dry Closing"?, The buyer still insists that the deal is done, and is coming after me. What options do I have?

Thanks
